Hay Hay It's Donna Day


Soufflé Quente de Maracujá

2 gemas de ovos
125 g de polpa de maracujá (cerca de 6 maracujás)
2 colheres de sopa de suco de limão
90 g de açúcar
6 claras de ovos
Açúcar para polvilhar

Em um bowl junte as gemas, o maracujá, o suco de limão e metade do açúcar. Com o auxílio de um fouet, misture tudo muito bem. Separadamente bata as 6 claras em neve. Vá adicionando o restante do açúcar aos poucos. Misture então, delicadamente, as claras com o maracujá. Deposite em forminhas untadas com manteiga e polvilhada com açúcar. Leve ao forno médio por aproximadamente 15 minutos. Polvilhe com açúcar peneirado.



Soufflé of Passion fruit

2 egg yolks
125 g of pulp of passion fruit ( about 6 passion fruit )
2 soup spoons of lemon juice
90 g of sugar
6 white eggs
Sugar about to powder

In a bowl joined yolks , the passion fruit , the squash of lemon & half of the sugar. With the aid by one fouet , stirred all very happily. Beat the egg whites in the bowl of an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold the remaining of the sugar bit-by-bit. Stirred then , gently , the passion fruit with the egg whites. Spoon the mixture into the ramekins and place on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes or until puffed and golden. Do not open the oven while cooking.
